the best technology for facilitating studies and research. At CIMP, the software
and hardware aspects of learning ambience is endowed with the best state-of-art
technology in library. This also supports and facilitates classroom lectures and
seminars. The students have the privilege of using e-library and e-learning facilities.
In order to enhance the quality of education and research work at CIMP, the Institute
is committed to provide state-of-the–art IT facilities to the CIMP user-community.
To meet the requirements and the objectives the computing facilities and services
are continuously improvised and upgraded.
To facilitate process improvements, increased productivity and enhanced multiple
results CIMP has adopted a management strategy that provides visibility of services and assets, control of information
and systems and, automation of tasks and processes. The IT wing of CIMP is committed to flourish from Information Technology
to Impeccable Technology.
The institute owns a well-equipped and state-of-the-art computer lab with latest hardware and software specifications having uninterrupted Wi-Fi / LAN connectivity round the clock.
High speed new Wi-Fi Broadband (4 MBps) connectivity from Railtel, India has been installed in addition to a backup BSNL broadband connectivity.
Real-time implementation of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) system in the Library Resource Centre of CIMP, a technology that incorporates the use of electromagnetic/ electrostatic
coupling in the radio frequency portion of the electromagnetic spectrum to uniquely identify all the books, –a path-breaking technological asset of its kind in India.
Successful connectivity of the campus with world-class online databases of over twenty five thousand companies reports through CMIE-Prowess, Industry Analysis Services (IAS), and EBSCO.
Institute has the licensed-version of leading statistical software like as SPSS 18, AMOS 18, PASW 13 (Clementine).
In-house development and successful implementation of e-examination software –especially suited for global awareness. In addition, Harvard Business School online courses on Information Technology has also been launched for the students.
