CIMP has started its mission with Post Graduate Diploma
in Management(PGDM) with a batch size of 50 students.
It proposes to be a Centre of national stature for propelling
inclusive growth and development.
Objectives of CIMP :

To impart high quality management education and training to students aspiring from
Bihar and other parts of the world.

To develop postgraduate and such other programmes in management with quality, for
students from within and outside India.

To develop short term training programmes, of varying time duration, for skill development
seekers, executives and other management functionaries at all levels from enterprises/institutions,
with primary importance to those from Bihar.

To undertake consultancy assignments, at institutional and individual levels, with
a view to help organisations and projects attain higher levels of managerial effectiveness
and efficiency.

To identify, initiate and undertake theoretical, as well as, applied research into
functional aspects of management of organisations and governments.

To develop centres of research with focus on issues of relevance to development
of Bihar, India and the rest of the world, in the context of globalization.

CIMP has developed partnership with the financial world and
received encouraging response from various leading management academicians, currently
engaged in teaching, research and consulting activities in various capacities such
as visiting faculty, guest lectures, etc. CIMP will also conduct empirical research
of high standards on subject related to rural development, business and financial
management focusing on different aspects of development of Bihar.
The students of the Institute will conduct a research study on Economic meltdown
for their development study in Trivandrum.
